We are a custom one of a kind sugar art studio located in the North Hills and serving the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Our cakes are unique and custom made to order. Our focus is on flavor and design to make your special event beyond the ordinary. From small intimate celebration cakes to large sculpted works of art and wedding cakes, our designs reflect your personal wishes.

Owner Mary Jo Dowling is an ICES Certified Master Sugar Artist and ICES Certified Sugar Art Judge.  She has been working in the sugar arts for more than two decades and was featured on TLC's Ultimate Cake Off and Fabulous Cakes, and Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship. She was also featured in programs on HGTV, the Travel Channel and Yahoo TV. Her work has appeared in numerous cake related publications over the years. She is an ICES Approved Teacher and past chairman and president of the International Cake Exploration Societé, and member of the American Culinary Federation, Retail Bakers of America, and the British Sugar Craft Guild. She has taught students from around the globe in her travels.
