Your special day should reflect your special taste. We specialize in out of the ordinary wedding cakes to suit your style. From concept to completion, know that we are giving you our undivided attention. We only schedule one wedding cake per weekend to give your cake the attention it deserves. We’ll work with your ideas to create the cake you wish to express your special day. Please contact us well in advance to book your wedding date with us. 

The Process
Before contacting us, please have a firm date and venue in mind. Also have the approximate number of guests, colors, and design ideas. Your ideas can be in the form of sketches, photos, Pins, or just thoughts. These ideas are all appreciated and make the design process easier. Please see our flavors page and think about what should be inside your cake as well. Different tiers may be different flavors to accommodate a variety of tastes.
Designs will be created through consultations with the bride and groom either in person, by e-mail or phone. Once details for size and design are worked through, an artist’s watercolor rendering of the final cake will be submitted for your approval.
Tasting sessions can be scheduled for $50 and will include one 6” cake of your flavor choice and up to two hours of design consultation.

Is your Vision larger than your Guest List?
Many brides are choosing to ceremonially display and cut a faux cake during the reception and have cutting cakes in multiple flavors on hand for the catering staff to serve immediately once the cake ceremony is complete. This practice affords you the opportunity to serve a "flight" of cake consisting of more than one flavor to each guest with a minimum of delay time to your guests. It also has the added benefit of having a smaller display cake while feeding an unlimited amount of guests, or of having a larger display cake with fewer leftovers. It may also open up more design possibilities that are just not practical with a real cake. You may also use a mixture or real and "faux" tiers to achieve your desired design or final cake height.

Pricing
Wedding cakes are priced per serving, which are based on a typical trade serving size of 1”x 2”x 4” in height. Final servings will be tallied by closest final cake size to servings needed. (Please keep in mind it is advisable to count in an extra 10 servings per every 100 guests). Prices start at $5.00 per serving and increase accordingly for certain flavors, designs and materials.
There is a $50 delivery and set-up fee for local deliveries up to 10 miles from our place of business. Further delivery destinations will be charged accordingly.
All Tiered cakes require an additional $30 fee for the disposable interior cake support system and the ribboned cake base on each order.
We stock several decorative cake platforms which may be rented for the occasion and will require a refundable deposit on the item. Rented items must be returned within 3 days from initial use in their original condition. 

Ordering and Cancellations
Once the final design is approved, a non-refundable retainer fee of half the final amount is due. Final payment in full is due 20 days prior to the event. Refunds minus the retainer fee will only be issued if the cake is canceled (by talking directly with us — no e-mail please) before 30 days prior to the event. 

First Anniversary Cakes
Decided not to keep a portion of your original cake for your first anniversary? No problem, we can recreate a special cake just for two to mark your special day. We can match your original cake, or come up with a new design that now reflects your new life together.
